Giant Tours
When a giant gets sick it can be a very messy business indeed!
Giant Tours will excite and engage Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils with the fundamentals of human biology– l earning about the body, how it works, and how it heals. Join us on our Giant Tour and develop scientific skills and understanding in a fun and creative way.
Details: A day consists of 2 workshops – one for Key Stage 1 and one for Key Stage 2. We can work with 2 classes at a time. Due to the nature of the workshops we will require a hall space.
In Autumn 2011, Giant Tours visited over 15 schools in London and was supported by The Wellcome Trust. Part of this support enabled us to evaluate the programme:
