Charly Richardson is a professional musician and performing arts workshop leader. He plays the saxophone, clarinet, piano, guitar, drums and also sings. Charly's main instrument is the saxophone which he plays in a number of professional bands, styilistically covering everything from jazz to ska to klezmer and afrobeat and more. He also leads workshops in formal and non-formal settings with various age groups, utilising creative approaches to music, drama and dance. Charly particularly enjoys teaching children about music from around the world and connecting the dots between different performing arts forms.
