Darren Rapier

Darren Rapier trained at Rose Bruford College and works as a freelance writer and facilitator in theatre, film, television and radio.  

He has worked with children and young people of all ages and all abilities, on very large and very small projects in all media. His experience has ranged from teaching Year 1 and Year 2 children about speech and language, to working with young offenders (writing an updated version of TOSCA at the Royal Albert Hall), to writing and directing large scale community plays for all ages.  

Darren is currently running the Riverscross project – a soap opera created by young people with mental health problems.
