MBA Youth Theatre - Coopers Lane

Coopers Lane Primary School on a Tuesday night springs into life as Year 5 and 6 children arrive to take part in their weekly session at the MakeBelieve Arts Youth Theatre. The sessions take the form of theatre games and drama exercises; developing skills that leading participants towards devising plays and performances.

The Youth Theatre has developed the young people's theatre skills, confidence and self esteem and also helped them with their social skills of working with children outside of their friendship group. Coopers Lane new purpose built Arts Space has so far provided the Youth Theatre with a wonderful home.

MBA Youth Theatre - Catford High

Our Catford Youth Theatre is for young people aged 13 - 16 and is a wonderful opportunity to explore acting potential, do drama exercises and build towards a performance. The group is committed to learning skills, devising and rehearsing, producing excellent theatre, and creating new work that truly comes from the voices of the young people involved.

The sessions take place on Monday evenings at Catford High, and are open to any young people in the area between 13 - 16.
